Every situation is screened individually. Program length and assistance depend on the participant’s needs, readiness and available community resources.
Interview readiness
Interview skills, confidence building, financial and life-skills guidance, and esteem coaching.
Professional clothing
Eligible participants may receive interview or first-day attire through Rein’s Consignment & Thrift Store.
Community connection
Referrals to aligned partners, volunteer opportunities and resources suited to the participant’s location and ability.

The Hive works alongside established organizations that contribute practical and faith-centered support.

Back2Business is not an open walk-in program. An application must be supported by a referral from an existing community partner or a professional with an established working relationship with The Hive.
- 1A trusted sponsor or referring partner identifies the need.
- 2The participant or referring person submits contact and referral information.
- 3The Hive reviews the situation privately and follows up within 24–48 hours.
- 4Available support is matched to the person’s needs, readiness and resources.
