What support can include
Every situation is screened individually. Program length and assistance depend on the participant’s needs, readiness and available community resources.
HR strategies, career-path direction, job-search preparation and practical next-step planning.
Interview skills, confidence building, financial and life-skills guidance, and esteem coaching.
Eligible participants may receive interview or first-day attire through Rein’s Consignment & Thrift Store.
Referrals to aligned partners, volunteer opportunities and resources suited to the participant’s location and ability.
Sponsors and community partners
The Hive works alongside established organizations that contribute practical and faith-centered support.
Provides work and business attire through the sponsored referral system and may offer an appropriate volunteer location when a participant’s ability, location and partner need align.

Back2Business is not an open walk-in program. An application must be supported by a referral from an existing community partner or a professional with an established working relationship with The Hive.
