Queen M. Broussard is a former Human Resources executive, Labor Relations Strategist, United States Air Force veteran, entrepreneur and community advocate. Formerly a GS-12 Human Resources Specialist with the U.S. Department of the Treasury/Internal Revenue Service, she specializes in strategic talent acquisition, staffing operations, labor relations, workforce planning, employee engagement, negotiations and organizational consulting.
Her federal service includes assignments supporting the Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Army, Department of Defense, Womack Army Medical Center, the 781st Military Intelligence Brigade, Human Resources Command and the Department of the Air Force. Her expertise spans federal hiring regulations, classification, onboarding, recruitment, payroll, employee development, workforce compliance and strategic human capital management.
Before entering federal civilian service, Queen served for more than a decade in the United States Air Force and attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. She led logistics operations, supervised personnel, managed multimillion-dollar government assets, trained Airmen and supported mission readiness worldwide.
Queen is the Founder and Owner of Rein’s Consignment & Thrift Store and The Hive Consulting LLC. Through these organizations, she advances workforce readiness, sustainability, economic empowerment, community partnership and second-chance opportunity.
Her commitment to service includes mentoring veterans, aspiring professionals, entrepreneurs and people who have faced significant life challenges. She is active with the Women Veterans of Central Texas, Lambda Beta Alpha Military Sorority, Inc., the Military Greek Letter Organization and faith-based outreach initiatives.
A devoted woman of faith and founder of The Abiding Truth, Queen believes leadership is rooted in service, integrity and empowering others to discover their purpose. She is also a proud mother of three and grandmother of three, whose lives inspire her work to create opportunities for future generations.
